JOHN AMODEO is founder and managing partner of e-candidate.com; the interactive media subsidiary of Wavelength Communications specializing in internet marketing, campaign website design, and social networking services for Republican campaigns.

John is an information technology executive with over a decade of experience in the research, design, and deployment of enterprise computing infrastructures.  John’s expertise includes redundant email, web, and database server architectures, network security, website portal design, and search engine optimization.

Prior to the launch of eCandidate, John worked for Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey where he served as both Associate Director of Information Technology from 2001-2006 and Manager of Computer Services from 1998-2001.

In 2007, John became an interactive media consultant for the New Jersey District 2 State Senate and Assembly campaigns.  He also serves on the Atlantic County Campaign Committee and is an active member of the Egg Harbor Township United Republicans.

Recently, John has been appointed Chairman of the 2009 New Jersey District 2 State Assembly Re-Election Committee.

John is also a member of several civic organizations, including UNICO National of Greater Atlantic City; a service organization dedicated to charitable initiatives, and the Margate City Beach Patrol Alumni Association.

John Amodeo graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a degree in Political Science.  He currently resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ where he is appointed to serve as a member of the Department of Planning and Development’s Zoning Board of Adjustment.
